• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Returns are accepted for: wrong item sent, damaged/defective products, or if you changed your mind (some exceptions apply).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
• Opened pet food or treats
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Clearance or final sale items
💵 Refunds & Exchanges
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10
business days aVer we receive your return.
• If you prefer, we can issue a store credit or exchange the item instead.

3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest courier location.
