• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.

• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days.

• Same-Day Delivery (selected areas): Available for orders placed before 13:00h

💡 Note: Delivery may vary during holidays or promotional events.

🚚 Delivery Details

• We deliver to most locations worldwide.

• Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

• You’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your package leaves our

warehouse.

• For large or bulky items (like cages or aquariums), an additional handling fee may apply.
